Is there a minimum weight limit for sending cargo abroad?
No, we accept shipments of any scale, from a small 1 kg package to a 20-ton full truck load. Charging is done according to the actual weight and volumetric weight (desi) of your package, whichever is higher, and according to the destination country. Certain products can be sent with our express service and special documentation; however, food shipments may be restricted according to the customs laws of countries. Please ask our consultant. VAT and customs duties of the destination country are applied to commercial products. Tax exemptions can be applied for personal effects and certain sample shipments. All our cargos are under CMR insurance. In case of damage detection, the compensation process is initiated within the framework of international shipping contracts.
